Author: Its almost a month now since the festivities began and we decided to take a well earned break here at Abbeyfest Towers for the rest of June.
As you are probably aware, we had the good people from Brightsky.ie down all weekend recording events as they progressed. Can’t thank them enough. Trojans.
We have recorded most of the audio from the weekend and got footage from (hope, hope) all the acts that performed in our town over the three days.
We are testing Soundcloud at the moment, which allows us to give you a little taste of what is to follow.
One track from Dermot ‘Blues’ Byrne below. We wondered how the Blues would go down in the Horseshoe. After 2 mins we knew – and it was all gravy.
